Fuzzy Predictive Functional Control in the State Space Domain

چکیده
In the paper, a well-known predictive functional control strategy is extended to nonlinear processes. In our approach the predictive functional control is combined with a fuzzy model of the process and formulated in the state space domain. The prediction is based on a global linear model in the state space domain. The global linear model is obtained by the fuzzy model in Takagi–Sugeno form and actually represents a model with changeable parameters. A simulation of the system, which exhibits a strong nonlinear behaviour together with underdamped dynamics, has evaluated the proposed fuzzy predictive control. In the case of underdamped dynamics, the classical formulation of predictive functional control is no longer possible. That was the main reason to extend the algorithm into the state space domain. It has been shown that, in the case of nonlinear processes, the approach using the fuzzy predictive control gives very promising results.

Hierarchical Functional Concepts for Knowledge Transfer among Reinforcement Learning Agents
This article introduces the notions of functional space and concept as a way of knowledge representation and abstraction for Reinforcement Learning agents. These definitions are used as a tool of knowledge transfer among agents. The agents are assumed to be heterogeneous; they have different state spaces but share a same dynamic, reward and action space. In other words, the agents are assumed t...
متن کاملPredictive Functional Control Based on Fuzzy Model: Design and Stability Study
Abstract. In the paper the design methodology and stability analysis of parallel distributed fuzzy model based predictive control is presented. The idea is to design a control law for each rule of the fuzzy model and blend them together. The proposed control algorithm is developed in state space domain and is given in analytical form. The analytical form brings advantages in comparison with opt...

This paper is pertained with the problem of admissibility analysis of uncertain discrete-time nonlinear singular systems by adopting the state-space Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model with time-delays and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Lyapunov Krasovskii functionals are constructed to obtain delay-dependent stability condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which is dependent on the low...

متن کاملSTABILITY OF THE JENSEN'S FUNCTIONAL EQUATION IN MULTI-FUZZY NORMED SPACES
In this paper, we define the notion of (dual) multi-fuzzy normedspaces and describe some properties of them. We then investigate Ulam-Hyers stability of Jensen's functional equation for mappings from linear spaces into multi-fuzzy normed spaces. We establish an asymptotic behavior of the Jensen equation in the framework of multi-fuzzy normed spaces.
